He also served as the Head of the Chicago Office "On Call" Team. They were a Financial Valuation Services Specialty Team member during his tenure at Arthur Andersen & Co.
In 1994, Paul Daugerdas joined the Law Offices of Altheimer & Gray as a partner, taking on the role of Head of the Tax Department and becoming a valuable member of the Steering Committee.
